White, Your Joy-Flowologist, has over 20 years of Business Analyst & Coaching experience.  She has supported corporate organizations, local government municipalities and visionary leaders including: Texas Capital Bank; Bank of America; 7-Eleven, The City of Arlington, TX, and various start-up, entrepreneurial business initiatives.  

In the spring of 2017, after several years of contracting and consulting, she saw a need to fill more of the gap for small businesses and aspiring professionals shifting in their careers, lives and organizations.  Limited resources, along with lack of frameworks and infrastructure to transition, was causing stagnation for these individuals and entities.  This need provided the opportunity to share her personal and business developmental tips and best practices.  As a result, she founded 3T Envisage Consultancy, a boutique managed services and personal development firm.  She is committed to cultivating her clients' potential and optimizing organic growth for holistic elevation an profitability. 

Her platform is set to be an inspirational, fun-filled environment; dedicated to helping each client tap into their gifts, focus their vision, create a blueprint, implement and launch the initiatives (DREAMS) they envision.  Thereby operating in ease, flow and endless JOY!
